Our Menus

The dishes I cook are modern French-Italian with an international twist.
Light and flavorful with a lot of crunchy vegetables and a beautiful sauce in which I am trying to minimize the use of butter and cream as much as possible. Always aiming for a harmony of the ingredients in the menu and from there on I work on a beautiful presentation. Most important is that it should be delicious!
