“I grew up in Amsterdam with a Polish mother who was an exceptional home cook and a french father who loved good wines. Every meal we had was special with beautiful table settings.
My daughter grew up the same way, always by my side in the kitchen and now running her own catering company. On special occasions we cook together and I pass on the recipes and traditions, keeping our family story alive.”

“I am a self taught chef with a passion for good food and cooking. I worked in Michelin kitchens, gave cookery classes, built a catering company and finally created my own private dining concept.
I love to pamper my guests and create a memorable evening for them.”
Until it touches my heart
“I love working with fresh and seasonal ingredients. When I create a new recipe i keep refining it until it touches my heart.
Everything is homemade from stocks to madeleines with the coffee. Desserts and sauces are my speciality. My first priority is always good flavour and from there I work on the presentation which should be effortless and elegant.”
